Another enchanting itinerary starts in Fabriano, a city renowned for the production of high-quality paper and home of the famous painter Gentile da Fabriano, to the Apennine mountains with its awesome Frasassi caves and the mystic century-old monastery of Fonte Avellana. The ancient traditions of this land are also reflected in its variety of genuine food and wines: truffle, spelt, salami, Verdicchio, just to name a few.
